I have always wanted a bong, but never had the money to get one. I am getting tired of just using this little pipe i got, and I am shit at rolling a joint, so tonight I decided to make a bong on a budget:

Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Container (I am going to hate myself tomorrow)
Water
Ice Cubes (personal pref)
Pipe
Something to cut precisely.
