What would you pay in rent a month for a 2bd/1 1/2 ba townhouse with attached 2 car garage? Nothing too special at first blush but it includes access to a rooftop grow pad.
The grow pad measures about 18' x 14' and is 30 feet up on top of a hill. The area is "Uber Progressive Hipster" and the sun shines all year long. Rents in the area start at about $2300-2500 per month.
