So my first grow is used an incandescent light bulb. things were going good until my friend told me that i should switch to a heat lamp, i did this and raised the heat lamp to reduce the heat on the small plants and what do you know... over night the soil dried up and one of the plants simply fell over. i propped it up and watered the soil, this plant is in a root pouch so it has plenty of room to breathe and a fan to circulate the air in the room. should i just toss this plant take my loss or is there anything i can do revive it or bring it back to a good standing position? ill be posting pics up later.

Incandescent lighting will cause cannabis to stretch all over the place and is the wrong spectrum.
Get some CFL lamps to screw into your fixtures & maybe you can salvage something.

Don't do anything anyone says until you've looked up yourself or have done enough reading to see its normal practice. Heat lamps are never used, a heat pad however I can see being used on a cold night. And an iridescent bulb is one I have never heard anyone use before for growing. Even 1 CFL would do you better than that.

If there is still green that it should still be salvageable but you can expect a stunt in growth in that one that fell over. Its still worth doing, especially if its your first grow you should see how far you can get with it.
