I would greatly appreciate some advice

This plant has been doing terrible since sprouting. It is obviously stressed.

Symptoms
90% of the stems including the stock are deep purple and have been that way shortly after sprouting.

Stunted growth, leaves staying small, off shoots on branches are not sprouting much.

Overall light color in the leaves, although it seems to be darkening up a little bit.

Discoloration of leaves with some yellowing and even turning purple.

Now I have given nothing but water to this plant. It is under 24hrs of XS2000 at 36 inches.

Humidity:40-50

I believe my problems are stemming from the soil. My last run burnt really bad with FFOF so my thoughts were to dilute I guess you could say the soil by mixing 50/50 FFOFwith Black Gold natural and organic but I messed up and grabbed the wrong bag. I meant to grab black gold with 0 NPK but this has nutes in it. See pic for NPK. Did I just end up making this soil more hot by mixing it with more nute amended soil?

PH is outta range.
Could be over watering as the cause or your ingoing water pH.

I'd also recommend transplanting to a larger container. Your roots aren't happy, and possibly (likely) rootbound. Plants act just like this when they've outgrown their container.

Could be your soil - when you up pot use a peat based medium like Pro Mix HP.
