Ice, Have You Tried?

just curious what some people think. ive read about the effects being awesome. lets hear some opinions. im growing it and cant wait!

(n yes i know how to "search" just a lotta bs comes up)

i have grown ice before.i also grew iceXc99. i like the second one better. they both were very easy to grow from what i remember. the ice i grew tasted great smelled good and looked decent, but in my opnion lacked in potency so i moved on. good luck to you!! i really only keep stuff around if its impressive.

Where'd u get the xc99? I've seen some pretty impressive looking ice over the web. Hopefully mine goes well.

Ice is very good hybrid of indicas, if you get the snow pheno, the plant is pretty much a danker shorter version of white widow.

I grew Ice along with 2 other strains on my very first grow.... I popped 3 seeds, and ended up with 2 females...... All I remember was it being my least favorite from the 3... The other 2 were also Nirvana strains.... AK 48, and K2...... K2 was the best imo...... I didnt really like the way Ice made me feel.... I gave it a good 7 day flush, just like the others, but IDK..... The taste was very fuel like.... Not saying I dont like it on some.... But this one was too too harsh, and if left me with this very stoned cloudy spaced out feeling that I didnt like......... Like I explained it to someone else.... You know what cotton mouth feels like, rite?..... Well this made me get COTTON BRAIN!...... Seriously felt like if my brain was dry...lol.... It was strong, and frosty as hell, but didnt yield much compared to the others either...... I never gave it an other run either...... I'm all about taste, and quality smoke.... Not just about high thc content...... But, yea..... Might be a great strain to do breeding with, as I have already had on my mind....

But who knows.... Maybe If I had more experience, and used sweetners back then, maybe it would of gave it better flavor..... Might do well with Bud Candy or Honey..... But let me know if you like the high when you DO harvest it......(That's the other thing..... I dried it right, but it didnt cure for more than a week before it was all gone.... We were young, and itching to get loaded as quick as possible....lol)

a buddy. he has a masters in botany,i cant remember if he made it himself or if he bought it.was a long time ago.but the clone was super healthy. i like your avi!

@trapt, cotton brain huh? sounds enticing. lol! i wouldnt mind gettin all brain drained for a short while. @Karma, i i had a masters in botany id have all sorts of goodies! and i want this avi as my shirt! lol, i love it...

I grew "Northern ice" NL X ICE, a few years ago, and it was killer!!! It was one of those strains I never heard of, that ended up being one of my favorite's!

i contacted my buddy and asked and where it came it was actually beauty and the beast from BCGA.

I got about 4 phenos from Ice, and most were pleasing. Very potent stuff, from what I grew. I found a couple phenos that were sweet, potent, and great yielders. I actually liked the Ice I got from Marijuanaseeds.nl better than the stuff I got from Nirvana, even though they are supposed to be the same. I was not impressed with the consistency of the strains from marijuanaseeds.nl, and went to Nirvana. Now I go through Attitude for most of my stuff. When they are out, I look at Hemp Depot.

Only place ive ordered from has been nirvana. Im one of those guys that once i find a place i try to stick with. Paranoid much? lol! I'll try some others soon.
