They look really good so far. I think you will get more comments as it gets bigger/enters the flowering phase. But yea, looks good, and good luck man! Keep us posted.

in a few of these updated pics, there is some discoloration of two different leaves. could be from high temp, or from slight nute burn (even tho ive made the feed, water, water solution using a dropper and 1/4 strength, and have stuck by it strictly until the past week..) Can u guys give me good input??? Im sure one of you will pin-point it with ease. im thinking its one of the two ive named. other leaves seem rlly happy and healthy, and the plant ALREADY smells strong. If u lean in on it, it smells like Jessica Alba's vajeen on your nose. well, o me anyways. getting other lights and better cfl's soon. I really need help in the "trim" phase. when and what to cut on it.

p.s. you can judge the height and growth of the plant by the height of the predator figurine beside her. Figured id have something protecting it during the hours daddy aint around :P

What sort of "trimming" are you thinking about? If you're thinking about trimming leaves to let light penetrate....throw that idea out the window, it does more harm, than good. If you're talking about topping them, LST, supercropping, etc.....those are good training methods, although I prefer the last two, which require no cutting, and provide better results, IMO.

i want to make it "bush" more. Maybe keep height down a lil and cause more widening and thickness. which the strain is almost completely indica : http://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/ice.html
theres info on the strain , and thats where the seed came from. i have a 5 foot aeroponic system with 360 misters in every port i have built, and a 10 gal DWC Bubbleponics system as well. I have two hindu kush seeds, a lemon kush seed, two more ice seeds, and some unknown kush my cousin had found a seed within the two pounds he had. Forgot the strain name but its prolly the 2nd best strain ive ever tried. Thanks for the reply man. I wont be moving into any other growing with my seeds (unless its growing with my spores :P , which i will soon) using hydro til i get done with this soil grow. I do have everything i need tho. Going to get some dryer ducting (u kno , the duct that runs from your dryer to outside) and install this badass gamer pc fan at one end to suck, then a shit ton of activated carbon made into a screen filter at other end. Figure that would help, because the little bastard is already getting an odor going :P

what is LST?? And when would i "top"???? Also , what do u think of the pics of those burns??? high temp? or slight nute burn??????? Im confused im thinking heat because its getting hot, but temps will cool down here soon. Ive gotta fix my ac.

Exactly what are you gonna trim? It's way too early to be doing anything like that. You'll maybe want to top it at about the fourth or fifth node, but not before you get a handle on the nute burn (I came here from your other thread). What is the NPK ratio of the entire nute regimen, and how often are you feeding?

not too often at all, now. when i DID, (which i listed the nutes, i have in the beginning of this thread) i used a VERY small amount, as some things r measured by tablespoon to gal or whatever. so, i water with a little styro cup that is exactly a cup i believe, id fill it up halfway, do VERY small amount of nute, then feed. then water next time, then water next time, then feed again. but when i would water, would do almost full cup. All the details r throughout the thread. the technaflora recipe for success starter kit.

about the trimming: im an idiot and was just not thinking lol. i have a friend that use to trim all the time and i actually saw him last night so when the time comes, ill be consulting him so i can watch and learn thru hands-on exp. thats the only way to get it down 100%. And about LIGHTING: I am prolly going to roll LED light on this one, with a combo of my t5 (going to replace my 6500k, with the 2700k and also get another t5 lamp for a 3000k. Going to build a mylar barrier that has openings also. just going to customize a mylar sleeping bag :P. Im going to make up for all the light ive made it lack thru veg state so far. my other t5 fix broke will i did my pf tek grow :( (which caused me to have to fruit all in one chamber, and also was the root of a contam prob) or else id have another t5 with my 6500k on it. the three cfls have went well but i feel as tho i need to take care of that RLLY soon. and i am. Way too nice of a smell coming from this plant for me to let it turn out cruddy.

Sometimes what seems a very little bit to us is actually a whole lot to the plant. You say tablespoons to gal when some nutes are measured in 1/8th tbsp per gal. I have little to no experience with the "grow in a bottle" nutes, so unless we know the actual NPK content of what you are feeding there is really no way to tell. You probably need to water more tho. Water your plants until you get run off, then let them dry out a good bit. Don't water just a given amount of water daily or every other day. the roots need to dry out before you water again.

Thanks buddy! Ive been trying to make sure the soil is nice and dry before each watering :) more and more leaves are starting to get that nute burn looking shit, even tho ive discontinued nute usage for over a week now. But, its all the young leaves at the bottom of the stem. the newer leaves are huge and happy. even crystalizing it seems. They look nice and broad. Just want to nip this prob in the bud. Shall i discontinue the nutes for a while and see where that goes?

That looks a bit low in P. Could very well be a P deficiency. Your total NPK is 4.9-2.1-8.5. During veg, young roots are being established and P plays an important role in that. With those values, I'd probably up the P, and feed no more than once a week, watering them with nutes until you get run-off, then let them dry out before watering again. I'd stop feeding until you see either improvement or they get worse. That will tell you which way to go. It will have to get REALLY BAD before you kill it. If you have even the slightest bit of green living tissue, the plant will in all probability recover.

Thanks again. Ill definitely follow that guideline you've given. We'll see how this goes. should i water today? soil is about dry. Or shall i wait until tomorrow?

I'd wait a day or 2 to be sure the roots dry out. That won't kill them. Are your pots tall and narrow, or wide and shallow? Tall and narrow will dry at the surface, yet the roots will stay wet, and wide and shallow will dry out too fast. I like pots/bags that are just a bit taller than they are wide. If the roots stay wet and do not dry out regularly, you'll have bad issues as well.
