Dude PLEASE don't spread misinformation like that! Lead is NOT carbon, both of which are elements and can't be broken down any further. Meaning lead isn't "made" of anything, it's just lead. And we don't particularly "need" carbon to live, but rather we ARE carbon.
To OP, Not sure what would happen, but in my mind the "most lead atoms per square foot" would mean solid lead.
