ideal humdity for seedlig/veg stage

what humdity percentage do u guys recomend for these stages

This is what I go by:

HUMIDITY GUIDELINES
Cloned Cuttings/Seedlings: 70% RH
Veg Cycle: 40%-60% RH
Flower Cycle: 40%-50%

I don't worry about humidity until the buds are swelling and too high of humidity can cause bud rot. I wouldn't stress over it with seedlings or vegging.
