Ideal setup for 4 plants?

Im running 3 plants (was supposed to be 4 ) in a 4x4 grow tent with a 600w hps, im potentially looking at upgrading this setup without going over the legal limit of plants you're allowed to grow here in Canada.

Just was wondering what an optimal grow room would look like for 4 plants(size, lighting,ect), using scrog technique.

In my experience you need at least 3x3 to 4x4 for a decent 1 plant scrog which would require 600 w for each plant. However you could get decent results with 4 plants in 3 gallon pots and the one 600 in your 4x4 tent using some LST, topping etc...

Instead of doing four at a time in flower.
I would have it set up that I would be flowering one big plant in that tent and have the other three waiting behind at different growth stages to be moved into the flower tent. And then I would get two flower tents and have two plants in different growth stages behind the ones in flower and every month or so I would be cutting down a tent and moving things around. Its just a timing thing.

Or two in veg two in flower thing

Not sayin mine is optimal....I have a 4x4 tent for seedlings & veg, and a 4x8 (because I've had it for years) for flower.
I've one in flower now, and will be flowering a second at the end of the month. Timed to give me a harvest about every 5 weeks
