If I can get regular 400hps bulbs for $6ea is that a good enough deal to buy a lot?

Depends on the bulbs. also depends on your need for 400 watt bulbs. I'd hope you plan on going to an asian supplier and pick up like 50 400 watt ballasts. You can get them cheap as hell

Actually I planned on keeping a lifetime supply of bulbs and selling the rest off on ebay or craigslist to pay for them. Then I can just pick up some used high bays and change over to 400w lights instead of what I have now, just because it would be a cool way to reduce my operating costs.

I hadn't planned on becoming an importer or whatever.

Just standard bulbs, but new in retail boxes. In volume it can be as low as $4 ea.

it sounds like a headache to get rid of for the little bit of money u'd make and if u don't currently have a reason to have them....u kinda sound like a pack rat..:mrgreen:

then i hope u win the 50 bucks from my grow...they may be done a little early cuz of co2, mabe a week left..
and if u have time on your hands it can't hurt to purchase those bulbs and if u can tie up the hundreds it would take for a while in case they don't sell for some reason u could get lucky and start a whole new gig..
its a shame u don't sell weed with the experience u have, thats your money maker bongsmilie

Don't be too quick with the plus reps there, it's not like I haven't seriously seriously thought about it lately.

If I had the connections, I'd probably already be doing it.

i'm very proud of being a "dealer" and everybody is very happy to do buisness with me cuz i beat everybody elses price on a 1/4 by 20 to 45 dollers and my bags wiegh a little over, wich is not the case down the street.. it is rare to find good honest people in the drug buisness so i shine like a star....:blsmoke:in those peoples eyes atleast, i think that has alot to do with the reason i have not been busted yet....nock on wood.:eyesmoke:
