If my plants go into early flower when I move them outside will it ruin them ?

They may switch back to veg if light times increase...then grow a little funny for a bit then just as normal veg is starting the flower kicks in again...so all in all it won't wreck them, but you may not get a very good yield off them.
I've found re-veg takes about 3-4 months before it can be cloned again...well nice clones...lol
I'd try to keep it inside by the window/door where it can use indoor lights until its 15+ hours a day of light outside...then they can go out without probs.
Best of luck and happy growin' :P

If my light schedule is 18/6 right now and I want to move my plants outside early May when it’s 14.5 hours of day light. Should I start shorting my light cycles right now or Will they be fine going outside off that 18/6 schedule

14.5 might be a little of stretch...I like to wait until 15 min...I keep them by the window to acclimate to sunlight for a few days to a week.
