I'm a newb, please help

Ok, so today was my last day to harvest before i move. I derooted my 3 plants and brought them inside. I have a few questions that i hope someone can answer, as I am new to this whole thing.

1. I cut off all the colas leaving some stem.
2. There is crystal (THC) and hairs everywhere, I'm not sure where the bud is.

Questions
1. I notice little ball things, does that mean I harvested too early?
2. What do I trim?
3. What exactly is the bud?
4. Can anyone give me a brief description of what it should look like and what I have to do from here on out?

if you had buds youd know it, its probobaly premature or your smoking some dank hermie

go on limwire or something and type in marijuana, download a grow video and it'll show u everytime you need to know.

some picks would be nice... The hairs and crystals are the "bud" the little balls your talking about sound like seeds or pollen sacks. You might have a hermie (male and female) o well if you see crystals then you know it will get you stoned so smoke it up
