I'm about to buy a Magic Flight Launch Box [vaporizer], any thoughts?

For those not in the know... It's a small portable vaporizer that works on rechargeable batteries.. plug it in vape take it out & store

So I have some spare money, and as I'm getting out in this nice weather I wish I had my vape.. I don't like smoking joints in public (or police) view because you have to be sure you aren't around anyone for a few minutes. This is tough on popular trails if you don't want to get bitten by a snake.

I figure the MFLB would be cool for $100. I'm not ready to spend $200 on a butane hand held vaporizer when it doesn't work above 5,000 feet





I already have a volcano digital by the way. Puffing on a bag right now. So it will be interesting to compare.


I'll like sneaking some bowls in the car or on the trail, or in the movie theatre parking lot

I'm really curious as to how well the batteries do... Like I use 3.5ft long volcano bags (i cut to around that length) and I fill up like 6-7 of them to myself for a stony session.....

so I want to see if this thing can handle such a stoners tolerance!

One batt lasts for like one bowl. Maybe a bowl and a half. It comes with a charger for them. I just use up a battery then stick it back in the charger for a couple hours, but it comes with two so you should be good.

you can make a battery last 2 bowls. the first bowl well be better obviously, but you can squeeze all the charge left in them and get a few extra hits. i would recommend getting extra batteries, i got two extra pairs so i have 6 total. its a nice little vape but if your at home i would just use the volcano. the LB is good for small amounts though, and it feels like your smoking a bowl

Good to know, yes I planned on extra batteries. Yeah this isn't going to replace my volcano, I just want something portable like a glass bowl that I can take anywhere to sneak a toke.

I'm ready to use it on the golf cart too! Suck on that, wind!

I'm literally on this shit... now that I called the shop I was going to go into to buy it, they tell me they're out of stock.

So I'm trying another shop, I'm not calling this other shop though I'm just going to see if they have it... I have to go return a broken brake bleeder to sears too... For my next oil batch

I think I'm only going to bring like 115 and have that as my limit. Amazon has it for $100 free shipping no taxes. But I'd like to get it in person and support my local shop!

So I called around a few headshops...

I was about to leave when I was called away for an emergency.

I just got home, and decided the best approach was to buy online.


ONE headshop down town said, "I can't give you a price over the phone" so I was like "LOLRIGHT . OK. peace."


Another headshop said, "$140"

I'm like FUCK dude!


I found amazon had it for $100 free shipping but I couldn't be sure it was everything I wanted.

I found the website BlisSville.com (or something) had it for a reasonable price...

I ended up purchasing the UNIT in a complete kit for $120.... then I bought 4 extra batteres ($20) and a little whip while I was at it ($5)....



The total for 4 extra batteries and a complete MFLB kit was $145..... Free shipping.




I'm sad I couldn't get it tonight but no way was I spending $10 on gas to get the unit for $140 when I get EVERYTHING i could need for only $5 more than that.

It seems like you don't get as much vapor with the Magic Flight... but the vapor is much stronger than that of the Volcano. Though the volcano is still #1 because of the fabulous taste you can sip on each time.

This is working pretty well though, tastes great. I'm about to load up some DJ Shorts: FLO

That thing would come in so handy when I'm out on the boat.

It's pretty sweet.

I'm finding out that the little incandescent bulb in there glows brighter when the battery is full and dims as the battery strength goes down...


Fresh batteries you hold for like 2 seconds and you get lots of vape.... after like 35 seconds of holding it gets down to holding it 4-5 seconds for some decent clouds...


I have a decent tolerance.. But a nice bowl pack gets me toasted... 3 is even better.

I feel like once I get the swing of it real good i'll be more efficient, I accidentally charred some nuggets not realizing I had a fresh battery. I have 4 ready to charge already
