I'm Missing Something...

My plants are now at day 16 from seed and they are looking rather small. The plants are in a 3x2x5 grow tent with 2 85W bulbs. The temperature in the tent is averaging about 80 degrees and I have been feeding the plants a mixture of 1/4 TSP Jack's 20-20-20 and 1TBSP molasses (1 Gallon) since day 10. The plants are on a 18/6 cycle. I think I'm just doin' it wrong...

they do look good n happy, seeds grow slower than clones, jacks 20-20-20 is more for plants that cant get water that much and it retains moisture longer. plus i think that's a high npk. personally i stick with botanicare.. i use pro bloom soil formula and/ or pure blend organic compost solution along with liquid karma, great white, molasses. the great white is a mix of bacteria, mycorrhizae, trichoderma, various bacilla's. i would suggest using some sort of beneficial bacteria. they feed off the molasses too. you will see a huge difference.

it takes longer to get them to this stage,they will take off in the next two weeks
