Im new to growing I started this forum for help and tips

Hello I just started my own indoor grow room I'm using one big 42 watt cfl and two smaller cfls I got one fan inside and a outtake fan temps usually between 75 and 80 I'm growing in a bookshelf it's just I have seedling that are growing very slow intill I added my nute floral micro superthrive an a little miracle grow in my nutes and the room is covered in aluminum foil and I'm using a soil mix of perlite and peat moss I would love any tips and I could take pics of my homage box

I dont think you should add nutes till its older and i dont think tin foil is good to use cuz it makes hot spots gl eith your grow tho
