Alright. I'm super new to this. I just wanna grow one or two plants. I have some seeds I got from a friend. Sour diesel.
Its February now. When do I plant?
When do I know its ripe?
How long will it be?

Plant seeds in Root Shooters. Buy a seedling tray and dome. Buy a heated reptile mat from a pet store. Buy a 6500K CFL bulb & bowl reflector for each seedling unless you have a fluorescent fixture. Don't buy any MH or HPS to grow to transplant outdoors. A week after your last frost you should be safe to transplant outside. Low temps once transplanted can be handled by cutting the bottom off a 1-gallon jug (keep the cap to take on & off for temp & humidity control) and using as a mini-greenhouse for each plant. Don't plant your seeds together or even close. If somebody finds it and rips you don't let them get it all.

If one needs it spelled out - plant your seed directly into the AN Root Shooter, No paper towel bullshit, no 24-hour swimming parties in glasses of water. Place the seeded cubes in your heated tray and cover with the dome. No light is needed but can't hurt. Once seedlings emerge cover each one with its own bowl reflector and 6500K spiral CFL. Keep close - real close - or they stretch. Plant into pots if needed and large peat pots are great if you know you are outdoors. Use seedling soil from wherever for your seedlings when you transplant. Use no nutrients. A single 1/4 strength feeding a few days prior to moving outdoors is okay.
