nice, they look real handy, ive been put off of clip on's but this changes everything ifthrey work, i cant see why not. the only other thing i thaught of doing with the clip ons was to cut up an old bike innertube and put a strip under the clip. but they look more easily moveable
I get it and I definitely have things I'm sick of too and want an easy solution! But getting to pick what to macgyver or what to take an easy way out on is so much of the fun!
I macgyvered this one and used a rubber band to tie onto the tent pole for added friction since the clip was slightly too small... hasn't fallen yet! I will admit to some minor shifting though! Lol
im torn between a tower or a clip on, im assuming that they both can be set to stationary or rotating from side to side? ive not seen one apart from pictures on ebay or amazon and ive only just started to look into it.
at presant i have an extraction fan with a plug socket you plug the fan into to controle the speed, well the amount of power running to it.
at presant i have my door to the tent open with a stand up oscalating fan in the opening. but id like to close the tent up and not worry about cruitters n bugs getting in
This pic is from a different time frame, but you can see the white fan I have (barely seen in the far right of the pic above), which is just attached to a furring strip with zipties..
Got these fan mounts in yesterday. He also sent a free pack of female seeds as a gift. Real cool of him.
Some pics of how nice they work:
They fit so snugly they snap right on to the pole. Once you tighten them up they are very strong. The fan can still go up and down and side to side. Love these things and the free gift might be some fire as well
