Well i just ordered a new bulb the other day, and it turns out i ordered the wrong one! God what a stupid mistake!!! I have a 150 watt florolaux hps system, and the 150 watt hps bulb looks like it could screw into any normal light socket. Well the 150 watt metal halide bulb is WAY bigger and doesnt come close to being able to screw in.
Man i hate when stuff like this happens. I have been excited about getting this thing and using it asap cause i got some clones that look like there ready for more light.
What Ill probably do is call them tomorrow(1000lights.com) and see if i can send it back for another one, but that will prob be more shipping, which sux
My Dad told me there might be some sort of adapter i can get at lowes. Has anyone ever heard of that? An object that the bulb screws into and then i screw that into the light fixture? If something like that exist, i wonder would it be better to get one of them or to just try to get a whole new bulb(and pay more shipping)
