important question????

i have a rubbermaid "bubbleponics like" system and i dont know if i should refill it with correct PH water or take out the old and put new water in. please help out need info ASAP:-|

Good rule of thumb is to change the water every 2 weeks, although I've found I can get away with every 3 weeks. Match PH when you do this. In between, just add tap water to the rubbermaid to top off the vat.
