In-line Fan, JUST TO COOL LIGHTS....?

For my 4 x 4 x 6ft tent, with 600wHPS, I use a 6" Ruck fan with a 6" Rhino filter.

Now I plan on buying a ventilated reflector BUT would prefer not to connect it all up to my Ruck/Rhino set up.

I would much rather connect the reflector up to a single purpose fan.

Any suggestions about a suitable model to keep a single reflector with a 600w HPS glowing away within it?

Recently I got a Lumatek 1000w so a fan that can cool this size bulb is also desired.

If I need to attach some type of control to the fan, so I can change power needed from 600w to 1000w, than that can also be arranged.

I use one of these, works great. Also have another for air intake on a speed controller and a 6" carbon filter/fan combo for exhaust on a speed controller

^^ using a plastic blade fan with a HPS light is defiantly a fire hazard

that's not plastic.

Those fans put out almost nothing.

can someone tell me that my plants aren't sticky anymore, 8 weeks into flowering, trichomes are milky/clear 80/20 respectively, have i done something wrong ? can anyone help me on this, plants currently (N) deficient, going to start flushing over the next few days then harvest.
Any help is gratefully received

What do you use it with?

What light and reflector, in what area of space...?

A few of the comments seem quite negative to your suggestion so I'd like to know more before I rush off to buy,

That inline fan will work fine on a 600 HPS if the room it's self is not to hot in the summer. I push two 600 hundreds thru a filter with a 6"can fan and hold around 82 F in the winter. How ever I will be going back to my inline with a speed controller to have better control of temps. If your not using it to scrub it should do fine on a 600. But with your 1000. I'd probably think about a 6" inline with a speed control.

A 6" Vortex should serve your purposes. You would probably do well to get a speed controller too. It will be too fast, as in LOUD, for either light in the winter. Even in the hottest summer you may still be able to slow it down a bit. Any 6" fan will do the job but the Vortex is probably one of the quietest. They are very well made and the no questions asked warranty is a real plus too.

I run a Lumitech 600 in a 4x8. I use a Vortex 4" for my ac reflector. I think its just under 200cfms. A seperate carbon filter is attached to a Durafan 435cfm and a controller which is usually on low. Air temps outside the room are 67F inside the room is 72-76 steady 12 hrs. I found a huge difference in heat loss by cooling my light seperate from my filter. I couldn't get my temps below 85 before, and that was running my 600 dimmed to 400. Another HUGE heat source that I never realized is the ballast. My Lumitech runs over 95 sometimes. If you can get that out of the room thats a big help. Another thing I did was insulated the reflector so the heat was pulled out by the fan instead of being radiated into the room. Another big difference in a small space.

a better Plan would be to get a blower fan from Harbour freight...And get a stick on 6" take off and a 6" oval port from lowes...and hook it up like this...Total cost under $70 and it pulls 300cfm like a champ.

I also use a separate one that cools both my 600 and 1000w in my 8x8 tent. Temps in both tents are between 70-78 when the lights are on
