In what stage is this plant?
And are those pistils showing on top(zoomed in second picture)
And if they are is it male,female or hermie,it is feminized strain but I am new at this so I cannot confirm visually even with internet pics comparison

Honestly, it's in the stage of needing repotted and taken better care of. What kind of lights are you using?

Where's all your soil? That pot should be full to within 1" of the rim. You need to repot immediately into something twice that size and fill it with soil, good soil not something from your yard.

The soil is very good I messed it up a little but now I'm decreasing ph and plant got better ,I'm using 38w cfl
and I think you are right about filling a pot more but repoting I never done,this is my first time so I think I'll mess that up

Should I put it on 12/12 now or keep it under 24h?

As for me you won't know 'till you put it on 12/12. Just take it out with the complete root ball, soak it good to hold it together, put in bigger pot, no big deal.
