incandesent lights

I was wonderin if i could grow one plant with an incandescant light bulb with 150 watts.

And i also wanted to know if i could start it from seed 12/12.

You'd be better off going CFL's, incandescent lights are just going to waste your time in my opinion.

sorry bro but incandescent bulbs just plain old wont do anything for you. youd have to get a fluorescent bulb at least and you cant just start a seed on 12/12 and expect anything good or even anything at all if it turns out to be a male
