i've absolutely had it. i have court in a few days and have been trying to get a police report of an incident. how is it i call the police station 4 times and get 4 different answers about the records department? first i was told they close at 5, then i was told they close at 3:30. i was put on hold for 10 minutes to get the "right" info which was actually wrong. i go down there today at 10 past 3 and learn they actually close at 3 . so i go on to the next order of business: procuring a febreze true air carbon filter thing. i cannot find them at wal mart and i cannot find them at target, so i look at the home depot website and confirm they have what i want IN STORE ONLY and at the particular store i went to. first guy tells me to look in cleaning supplies. it's not there so i go back to the guy who suggests maybe it's "online only". i correct him and he directs me to a very nice employee that barely speaks english. we sit at this kid's computer for 10 minutes as he searches a million different things (spelling most of it wrong) and does not come up with anything. then he takes a phone call from a customer and starts helping them while i'm just standing there. now i'm pissed and i go to the front counter and stand there for another minute or so till someone comes over (why there was no one at the customer service desk i'll never know). i explain to him what i need and why i'm pissed. the guy must not have wanted to deal with me because at this point i'm being a little short with him and i'm now in a rush. i have a life you know. so this guy directs me to the "head of gardening" which also includes cleaning supplies. this guy again suggests to me that it's online only. i explain for the second time that i'm not an idiot and the only reason i set foot in the store is because the website says that that particular location has what i want IN STOCK. the prick says, "we don't have it." and goes on to help another customer. i am at home and have the actual sku# of this product and am going to call the manager of the store and give him an earful. figured i should calm myself by ranting online first. i'm done now.
