indoor and outdoor at the same time with acmpr?

i was told that you cannot grow indoors and outdoors with an acmpr license,but a guy i was talking to said he can do both...is this true?

I am allowed 30 indoor and 8 outdoor
I am doing both at the same time too

My permit is for 19 indoors and 5 outdoors. Unless the rules have changed (and I do not think they have) you are not allowed to grow indoors and outdoors at the same time. It is one or the other.

But nothing is to stop you from growing your Rec plants outside and your medical plants inside or vice versa Health Canada has confirmed as much

all depends on what type of license you/he/she has.

indoor
indoor/outdoor
decided when you actually apply there is a place on the form to fill out

It clearly says on the paperwork that its one or the other, never both at once. I doubt many people kill their indoor to do the outdoor bit though. Just a dumb rule

yes but you need to let health canada how many indoor and How many out. Think they have to been on the same address

I chose indoor/outdoor and that's what I am growing.

That is the same logic that leads people to grow a thousand plants with a permit for 38. Who will know ? Who cares ? Why bother to have a permit at all ?

It's my understanding you can also have your 4 rec plants above and beyond your medical license. So if your medical is indoor only put your 4 rec plants outdoors. Problem solved.

they will just take them and fine people..

All I have to say is................If you are smart................... It all goes well....... considering!!..

Not sure what part of the country you live in, but here in rural Nova Scotia the Mounties still like to bust your nuts for having a plant count that exceeds your permit, plus the 4 plants you are allowed per property for recreational use. The helicopters will be flying over again this fall, as they have for at least the past 20 years. The 311 service only works in Halifax.

You can choose the in and out option... but the law says you CANNOT grow in/out at the same time.

So if you move one plant outside you have to destroy the ones inside. Or move them out.
Problem is with the in/out option you are allowed less outside than in. So if you are at your max inside and you want to move them out... you would legally have to destroy some to meet your outside limit.

You can have your four rec plants outside though. Easiest solution.

That is why your indoor and outdoor limits are 1/2 of what they would be if you choose strictly indoor only or strictly outdoor only. I have faced this dilemma before, since I have a split licence and its technically a matter of timing.
The thing is in the last two weeks or so.... of your indoor grow, it is possible to begin to trim and or cut down one or two plants as a beginning of your end of the indoor grow, then you are technically already harvesting and processing the crop.
There are no rules on how fast you have to work to complete any one phase of your production.
At that point I have started my outdoor plants from seed and they are less that 4" high when they go outside, they are not even noticeable, and most people would have a hard time even spotting them.
Meanwhile indoors I continue to work on the harvesting portion of the work.
The main thing is to not exceed your plant counts.
I had the police here for another matter,with a neighbour and they smelled cannabis and asked , so I invited them in to count my plants , I showed them my licence and plant count they counted and thanked me and left.
At no time did they ask about outdoors...lol
again technically I think that your timing is your timing and what stage of the process you are in indoor or out,the finishing process is not technically growing but rather harvesting.
Mind you fully mature plants indoor and out at the same time,would be considered double dipping I would think

Not sure about Canadians, but when Michigan went legal everyone said fuck a plant count.

They all should be forced to use the term cannabis

I was doing both but now I know better for next year. I don't understand what difference it makes. How is there a threat of doing both at the same time vs only indoor or only outdoor if both are permitted? Wouldn't that be unconstitutional?

I know Canada doesn’t have a “constitution “ so no.

Take your limit indoor and in the summer hit four “rec” plants outdoors.

It’s silly. But, for the most part our laws are pretty sweet when it comes to medical. Except sourcing genetics.
