Indoor and Outdoor + Delivery options

So about 3 years ago I moved out of colorado after living then for my entire life, and I plan on returning next year. What I want to know is should I grow outdoors or indoors I plan on getting some land in Park county so if it is outdoors it will be private meaning no one will really see it. And when I have harvested the crop can I set up a caregiving program and just do craigslist style delivery's? Or is there a better way to do it?

May I ask what research you have done on the topic so far? Its not legal to grow weed to sell unless you have a state licenced facility.

I have done plenty of research. I am not worried about the money. I have read that caregivers have to actually take care of their patients and so on and so fourth. But what I asked what growing outdoors for personal use, if no one can see it does it matter if it is outdoors?

I've done plenty of research yet I dont know the answer to one of the simplest fucking questions I've ever seen on a growing website, we were nice at first but now you just have to be trolling.

You'll also need another $150k for bail and legal fees, because you have sort of hit the trifecta of illegal activities in a legal state. If you have read, as you claim, you've read the wrong stuff. Go to the Colorado Department of Revenue's website and read from there, then read all of the regulations, including restrictions on licensure (including only non-MMJ retailers not being licensed for a while, the whole "intent to apply" bullshite, and, of course, good character requirements).

Actually, you can grow 6 plants per 21 and over adult, so make them count. Grow trees!

Please don't break the law. We finally got weed legal and would like it if the cops had to find something else to do than bust people who can't follow the guidelines. (6 means 3 in flower and 3 in veg, so you will need to go inside in the winter)

Is it 6 per 21+ or 6 per household where somebody who is 21+ resides?

Each person can grow 6, but some places have local restrictions in addition to that cap.
