indoor and outdoor growing SAME PLANT

i was wondering since lately it has been very sunny here in cali.. im on my first grow and ive been taking my plants outdoors to soak up sunlight during the day and then putting them back inside under flouros when the sun goes down. is this a good idea?

yes & no, free light but you risk bringing spider mites into your home, once you've got them you'll never get rid of them.
