Indoor CO2 application

I have a setup im planning, consisting of a aluminum spotlight cone with a standard household socket in it, a black trashbag hood to block light from escaping, and a 5 gallon bucket filled with the best compost soil ever. i want to facilitate the fastest and highest production grow possible, and ive heard that more co2 added to the plant would speed up grow. the ways ive read about mention stuff like co2 tanks, which are inaccessible to me. can i just use carbonated water spray instead, coating the plant with it?

Note that co2 does not speed up flowering still takes 8-10 weeks, This plan you have unfortunately will not work. you need to have an enclosed tent or room that is sealed. this will cut down on your ability vent the heat from your grow area. you will need a tank, burner or an exhale bag.
