Indoor Ducting

I have never grown indoors but I plan to do so in the near future, but I have a question about ducting.

Where does incoming air and exhaust come from/go to?

Do you hook up you ducting to the outside? If so, and you're growing in the basement, how do you get you ducting to draw from/push out to the outdoors?

You should go to lowes or a home depot or something and check out the ducting products and different hoses and pipes they carry. they make a IN-DUCT FAN that goes inside a duct and blows air which ever way you place it to. It pulls the air from the opp. I would say run your ducting from basement to out doors with IN-DUCT FAN and pull in from a outside source not so close to your output. thats what Id do. the fans are like 20 bux apiece. look in heating and cooling section maybe. You could do numerous vents. heres my motto. If it works it works, its moving air. get your set up where venting would be fairly simple. then build.
