Indoor Grow need help

Hi I was wanting to know if anyone could help I got to plants from a friend his girl poisoned his grow and the ones that made it I got I have had them for a week under 400 hps and I have Fed them and kept them under 12/12 I have seen no growth or maturing in the buds do u think they r done they were without light for like a day at least that what he said. Also it gets kinda cold at night but my plants r still growing and I have seen no change in them. And do u think I need to lower the light. It's only about a foot away. Maybe less

Be patient young padawan. Give them plenty of flowering food. They still have at least 6-8 weeks left.

I guess the girl put bleach in the soil these plants have a mettal spot on certain leaves

I’ve had those black tar looking spots. I’m certain it wasn’t a big deal. Something to do with chlorophyll or cold temps maybe. I just can’t find the info on it.

So you would smoke weed from poisoned plants?
