Am growing in ALL MIX soil. So down to point I started my 5 cheese seeds on plate a tissue when they germinated I put them I 5" pots an put the strait under 600w light I put light as high as it could go the lady's a 1 week old now an curies if I have got light the right height because they are shoot up with tallish stem. Take alook at pics plz am tell me if they are ok or they look like they are stretching and weather am doin right thing by putting 600w light as high as possable thanks guys

Look okay. Don't worry about a little initial stretch, you can bury that stem when you transplant. But why not be safe for now and use a few CFLs? Safer imo and you are wasting energy.

Cheers growindad. I was looking at cfls it was startin to mess with my head because am new to it all. could I still swap to cfls or is it to late now. An how long till I can transplant mate ?
