Indoor Growing.

I want to start growing a plant inside, i know a lot about weed, i just know nothing about growing... Whats the basic stuff i would need and how would i start it?...Help?

You will need at least the following for vegetative growth 18/6 cycle:
Ample amounts of fluorescent lighting for vegetative growth.
Good sized pots for each plant you want to grow.
Good soil. Hydro shops tend to have the stuff you want, not a hardware store.
A ph meter for your water (about 75$) and use it for each watering! The ph in your water should be between 6.2 and 6.5.
Timers for your lights.
High nitrogen fertilzer.
Some fans.
A temperature gauge for your space.
And MOST IMPORTANTLY...a growing space with lots of fresh air!

Once your plants get nice and healthy and about a foot tall, switch them to the flowering cycle which is 12/12.
For flowering you are going to want to use a high pressure sodium.
You will want to switch your fertilizer from high nitrogen, to high phosphorus!

Also, do copious amounts of research beforehand. Read, read, read! I've dabbled around with growing, but never really understood it. I am doing my first real grow, and I am more than confident due to all the information of acquired over the last 5 months
Your first grow might go south, but you'll learn.
