Indoor Growing

Hi, i want to grow 4 plants indoor and i think im going to use 4 cheap cfls in a old computer case, so i can keep a close eye on them, the computer case will have a fan and ill put a few airfresheners on the outside, but when they get a little bigger im going to use this light High Tech Garden Supply

and i dont know what i should make the grow box out of, what fans to use, i also will probly need a carbon filter and some sort of ventilation and for both grow boxes i dont know wether to go hydro or soil, what nutreints to use and direct brands or sites or places that i could buy the stuff would be great.

if your gunna buy that grow light, get the htg 119.99 light, with remote ballast and ill reflector.. its jus so much better for 20 extra bux
remote ballast is gunna keep heat down if u keep it out of the room

For a first time grower I'd suggest soil, Miracle grow nutes, CFL's are easy to get and arrange, a small box is easy to build.. or convert a closet.

Check my sig for some DIY stuff to save money.. I'll be happy to help point you in the direction you need to learn. It will take a few ops before you'll be comfortable to go off on your own unless you have someone by your side.

Find Garden Knowm's post on the 'Buds for Less' book. $50 and you can have yourself some homegrown!

And i just relized the site that the light i wanted was on doesnt ship to canada, anybody know where i can get a light and ballast for under 200 that will work for the whole growing time?
