Indoor Op. without a veg. room?

I was wondering if it was possible to have an indoor set up without a veg room for clones? My ideal situation is just one bloom room with clones already in there late teenage stage (i think)

But ideally, i would like to top off clones in order to just produce cuts and not constantly have to buy new clones, but would it really save time and money to just bypass all this and get a veg room?

You would need a lot of clones if they're just rooted. It would take the same space. No way around a separate veg stage really, approximately the same area as the bloom space. Clones need to be topped at least once to get any kind of decent weight. Basically you need about 3 weeks in 3-4" pots in cloning/weaning stage then put them in the big pots, top them and give them another 3 weeks or more. Only way around it is to use auto seeds every crop, which is a little costly unless you breed them yourself.

You don't need separate mother plants though. Just take cuttings from the clones at the end of veg. You might be able to get it down to 2.5 weeks rooting, 2.5 veg. That way it would total 5 weeks, half of a 10 week flowering time. So it would work well with two crops in flower 5 weeks apart.
