Indoor to outdoor seedling help?

I want to start the seeds inside and then transplant them outside around april 10-13 after frost.

I currently have a 1000whps going on for auto's at 18/6.

If i brought the sprouts outside after 18/6 of 1000whps, would it force them into flower? even though their is 13 hours of light?

no youll be fine i wouldnt worry about it as long as the sprouts are under 2 ft id think your fine

but where are you located make sure you arent gonna get hit with a freak frost or anything, hear in ontario we were enjoying 2 weeks of +10 temperatures, and now we have a foot of snow again

well i read that the frost will be gone before april 10th in my area so it should be fine no?

Last time i transplanted it was root bound and got shock, so i got allot of hermies.
