Indoors + Outdoors plants: bugs and doubts

Hey all, I apologize for what might be quite a long thread but I have a few questions to ask.
So a little backstory: I'm growing two plants, planted around the same time (20th of March), one on my balcony (I live in a warm Country) and one in a hydroponic system that my housemate had, inside an unused wardrobe I have in my room. The one in the hydroponic system was an autoflowering Amnesia seed, the one outside was a random seed found in a bud.
So fast forward twenty days, the one in the hydroponic system started to look kinda sick so I just decided to transpose it into soil and put it outside to see if anything happened. It stopped growing in height but it started flowering, still looking a bit sick, but the buds kept on developing so I said why not and left it there.
Now, I put the hydroponic system away and I put both plants in the wardrobe just growing in their pots, because the plant from the unknown seed became quite "big" (I'd say around 40 centimetres) and I wanted to make it flower indoors to control it better, so I also put the amnesia plant back in the wardrobe cause it was already flowering anyways.
After a day I noticed that the biggest leaves of the unknown plant started to not look as healthy as before, but I realised the temperature in the wardrobe was too high (31°) and there wasn't enough air circulation. My wardrobe doesn't have any exhaust fan, so the only thing I could do was moving around the fans and leaving the wardrobe door about 5-7 centimetres open, so now the temperature is around 28°. Today I checked on the plant and I noticed a few white dots on the leaves, and on a closer look I found a few very small insects moving around the stems. So I'm guessing I have spider mites, I took a picture of one of them that was walking on the pot edge so maybe you can confirm. (see below)
Also keep in mind that the outdoor grown plant hasn't showed any sex yet, and I know I'm not supposed to keep it in the wardrobe with a flowering one unless I'm sure it's female but I didn't want it to veg anymore to avoid it being too tall to fit in the wardrobe.

I'll post the pictures below, my questions now are:
- How do I get rid of the bugs, considering I have a flowering plant and one in veg in the same environment? Doest that make any difference?
- Is it ok to put an outdoor grown plant in an indoors flowering system, or will it feel too unnatural to the plant?
- I grew the outdoor plant with water only, shall I give it nutrients for the flowering stage or keep it natural?
- Shall I transpose the biggest plant into a bigger pot? (see picture)
- Is the light (125w HPS) at the right distance?
- Do you see anything else wrong with the plants/the set up that I haven't noticed?

I've read a lot before trying to grow but I'm still a newbie so I thought I'd ask someone with more experience. Thank you for your help!
