Inline fan question...

I am on a very limited budget here with my new SoG room.

Its in a 240 cu. ft. closet. Would this fan work, hung with a bunjee cord from the ceiling and a duct going from this to the outside of the room?

What type of heat issues are you having, if any at all. I use two of these fans on a 4'Wx5'Dx8'H one for exhaust and one for intake i have a stronger fan cooling my light. Im running a 1000wHPS in a fairly small enclosed space.
