Howdy,

Looking for some outside perspective on a setup I've come up with.

Ok so in an area of 32' x 19' there are two flower rooms of identical size each 16' x 19'. The rooms will share ballasts via a switch and alternate 12/12 - running the ballasts constantly.
Each room has 9 600w lights running on light movers, with each light covering an area of 3x4. Climate control, movers, and plenty of air movement should let me keep reflectors very close to tops.
There are three 12x3 tables in each room built with three lengths of 6" pvc pipe, using 3" netpots to space plants 1 per sqft, 12 per light.
The tables run dwc with a 100 gallon res(insulated w/ chiller), of which the pipes can hold about 80 gallons at 75% full. A fairly high gph pump is run splitting a stream into each pvc pipe.
Each pipe has an adjustable collar at one end to control water height, with excess draining back to the reservoir.
As for aeration of the water - will an air pump going into the reservoir coupled with the high flow rate of the pump be enough?
Rooms run on an enclosed system with co2. They swap air when switching lights on/off, maintaining dual climate zones.
Looking at lumatek ballasts and ushio super hps bulbs right now.
As for reflectors - has anyone used the mantis pro reflector? That or the adjustawing are possibilities.
Heres a simple paint looking overtop.
3' between tables, 2' between tables/walls

those hidsmart switchable timers for continuous ballast use work wonder.

i got 2- 4'x4' tens with 2000 W in each one. both are flower rooms. so just a continuous 2000 W. thats nothing. $$.

they are zero footprint. too because they stagger the times that they switch the rooms on and off.
