I read the thread title and thought you meant Blood-Brain Barrier. Then I clicked open and thought you meant Better Business Breau.

Thats really to bad, sounds like a script in the works though.

If the government doesn't like the market of legal botanicals than they should make them ILLEGAL. And then arrest him. I'm not advocating illegalizing now legal botanicals that may contain illegal chemicals, but that is the way things are supposed to work in this country. He didnt break any laws, this is unjust. If you don't like something somebody is doing, but it is not against the law than first you should get the law changed then arrest the person if they continue to break the new law. You cant just arrest somebody and make up phoney charges then drop charges than re-arrest them on new charges. This whole situation is absurd and honestly I have a hard time really even believeing it. But damn. Bouncing Bear has my business just to help em get out of this rut.

Woah this is insane... Seriously though, the way they are treating this whole thing besides there being no illegal charges. Look at the drugs being reacted against; Mescaline, DMT, LSA and few others. I don`t see anything life ruining in that list they have no reason to act like that. Nothing illegal, nothing fucking peoples lifes up. Charging him $400 for a gram of cactus too.

Will they actually manage to pull this off? I bet they know they are wrong but don`t want to back down on this as he will sue them. I`m interested to see how this is going to go.

Why don`t they go and sue headshops or other places selling these plants then?

Of course they don`t want him to be able to hire a lawyer.... Wankers....

What's bullshit is they dropped the charges and brought up new ones for manufacture. When clearly he is selling these with disclaimers for not to process these chemicals. What they are doing is trying to bankrupt him by a. Stealing his products, b. Lawyer fees, c. Outrageous taxes. This is so rediculous it has inspired me to try and open peoples minds. Ordering new glassware. Time to get serious. Stand by!

I think most of you misread the article. He now has "conspiracy to cultivate" charges, not manufacturing charges. I highly doubt his lawyers would have allowed anything to go on that would constitute conspiracy to cultivate. Like you guys are saying, his site has tons of disclaimers. I would be surprised to see if any of the charges stick. I'm guessing the prosecution will give him a plea bargain, which involves no jail time, but he will lose a lot of his money.

FUCKING BULLSHIT!!!!!

Sometimes, I hate the government so much.

Thanks for the clarity. I couldn't remember exactly and brain is a little slowed down right now. Yeah, loads of BS.

Edit: Now that I think of it. What the deuce is he being charged to conspire to cultivate? Doesn't make any sense because all of the plants he sells are legal to possess and cultivate. But manufacture on the other hand seems like they would have a better shot in court against him. Either way, BS.

It would be interesting to hear a lawyer's take on this whole thing. Paging the attorneys of the hallucinatory substances section!

Perhaps they are just tying him up in the legal system to try and halt his business, and send a message to other similar businesses that are similar. There is no doubt that he is selling these products so that the buyer can do illegal things with them, but I fail to see how what he is doing is illegal.
