I need some recommendations for some seeds that I can make some edibles with for my mom. Im assuming I would want an Indica strain? She is having big problems staying asleep at night. She has never used cannabis in any form before. Thanks in advance.

I'd go with Hazeman's G13xHashplant cross. Its very relaxing, a great sedative, and powerful enough to last through the entire night.
