interesting question needing help please

i have some vegetables and herbs i am trying to seed while i also have an indoor pot garden. was wondering, since there is not much sunlight outdoors right now, can i stick the seeded veges and herbs in my grow room under the 600 w or is that not a good idea/temperature too different or something...any help is appreciated. thank you

I have used my grow room for garden veggies and tomatoes.

the only problem i can think of is that you might attract pests that would otherwise ignore pot
