Introducing ladybugs after using neem oil

I have a bad thrip infestation been using insecticidal soap and neem oil I haven't used neem oil within about 3 or 4 days now I want to introduce my ladybugs will the neem oil harm my ladybugs I was told I shouldn't put them in there until after two weeks but I also was told that after it dries up you're good to go after few days

Not sure, but praying mantises are awesome too, but they are very hungry little bastards, and will eat lady bugs. Hell they’ll eat each other if they get hungry enough. I’m going to grow an outdoor plant this year, and going to put mantises on it.
