Is 60,000 Lumens Enough?

I'm about to grow 10 plants in a 10 sqft growing area. Is 60,000 lumens enough for the whole veg and bloom process? I've covered the whole room in Orca Grow Film. So a total of 12 T5 HOs in a 10 sq ft area. Am I looking at success or failure?

It depends who you ask but yeah 60,000 lumen is enough light for a 4'x4' space max I'd say.
