is a 15 watt flourescent tube light enough watts to start growing

im growing inside until the plant cannot fit in my cabinet anymore then i will bring it outside.. is a 15 watt tube light going to be enough to make the plants grow? their only gonna grow to about 10 inches until i have to move them outdoors..:joint:

no, get around 50 per square foot (although you would probably be good with a bit less since your just startin um) and place cfls as close as you can get them. buy blue spectrum (6500K) ones too if you just startin the plants (better for veg)
