Is Bud Rot And PM The Same???

no bud rot only happens on big buds dense buts. most of the time people get it is when they dont dry them right.
PM is white and will be on the top of the dirt and some leaves.

Bud rot is late flower stage rot, not rotting during drying. It's usually a result of low temps and high humidity and low air circulation. Bud rot starts inside the bud, and works its way out, making it hard to detect unless you bend open the colas to inspect frequently. When it starts rotting sugar leaves can turn yellow/brown in a day, when you can pull one out very easily, it's rotting on the inside.

PM appears on leaves and is a different animal.
