Is changing the light bad?

I know the addage if it ain't broke don't fix it. However, I have one auto girl under a 300w blurple light in a 2x2 grow tent. She's about 5-6weeks old. I just constructed a 6x4x6 grow box with 2 2000w full spec leds. I'd like to move her to the box, but I read that plants don't like change. Would giving her a better environment help her thrive or stress her out?

You're right, if it ain't broken don't fix it...BUT...if it can be improved go for it!! If it does shock the plant at all it will recover pretty durn quick.
