Is chicken manure good for growing?

I have some seeds that i wrapped in moist paper towel in a zip-loc baggie placed in a sunny window,how long will it take for it to sprout? I have chickens,chicken manure good for fertilizer for growing?

yes, just watch the ammonium in it, as use it sparingly.

This is my first time grow

3 to 14 days and yes it's good mix it in your beds or compost but look up the NPK
