ive had my plants on 24 for a week but i just switched them cause i figeured they needed som time to rest woould that put them into shock?
is it bad if i switched my plants from 24 to 18-6

Won't cause any problems at all and don't fall into the trap of thinking these plants are fragile, they are called weed because it is the categeory they fall in. Every tried to kill a weed ? Exactly.
