Don't plant seeds into Ocean Forest it is to hot!..Use Lite Warrior for seedlings if you want to stay with FoxFarm Products in which I also use. After planting into Lite Warrior let them mature until you have a solid root structure then put them into Ocean Forest.

These should heal and be fine though.

They are not as bad as you think they are just keep the soil damp but never soaking wet. Use a hand pump mister instead of pouring on them to water until they look better in s couple weeks. Be sure you've got good airflow; indirect circulation is best.
When they are very young without established root systems they are more susceptible to moisture problems...it's like always either too much or too little. Once the roots grow out & bind up with fungi in the soil your plants will use what's in their containers more effectively.
FFOF has hot spots; it's poorly mixed and then sits in the bag that way. I found if you dump it out into a bin and mix it real good with a rusty ol shovel before using it helps even out all the goodies. Adding extra perlite and coco would have helped lighten it up for youngins...
