Is it just me or is my plant not growing anymore

Hello, so the past week i have been checking my plant and it doesnt look like the new leaves are growing anymore as you can see in the picture the new leaves have been just like that for about 5 days now with maybe a little bit of growth but not much at all. My plant has probable grown about a half inch sence about 5 days ago plus my top leaves are curling up but my bottom leaves are drooping down..i would just like to take care of it now before its too late. i started this plant 5 weeks ago exactly and its about 5inch's tall.

this is my first plant so im not really trying to go all out with it so i only have the basic stuff you need to grow it..im using a light off of an aerogarden because i watch a video online and a few people have grown some good plants with that light and its the only one i had. I have to keep it about 4-5 inches away from the plant because of how hot the light gets but i keep a fan on to keep the air moving around and cool it off a little...im not even sure if anything is wrong with it but again just wanna make sure.

the plant looks nice and green...what is the wattage on the light? what are the genetics? how deep is your jug/pot? what kind of medium?

we're gonna need fingerprints and a dna sample too lol

i have about 4 inches of soil in my jug/pot haha and the aerogarden hold 3 lights each 26 wats..im not really sure about the genetics of my plant and what do you mean medium? haha
