You can start to bud it whenever you like... there are no set rules. Just put it under a 12/12 light cycle.

It's definetely a female.

NJsmok-a-lot i dont get what you mean frist but i have a 65watt clf (its a flood light for like a porch) on her now but she started out outside with the good old sun till the sun started to set earlyer(didnt plan well lol ) so ive brought her inside and away from the cold too. as for feedings its just been vf11 plant food, it was stuff that we use on our other flowers. here is there site VF-11 Plant Food/Fertilizer for Home and Garden Use
i hope this helps you. here is a pic of her in full click the pics to see them bigger

u had better get some bigger lights on her if u want to get any good sized buds
like at least a 125watt hps they sell them at all hydro stores for not alot of money

not that will give u what u are wanting to see but if its still sunny most of the day where u r it might be ok. be carefull of the cold, and extreme temp changes as well. u dont want that thing going hermi. you could try using alot more cfls just get the highest wattage u can find.

Firstly gratz on the female!

Secondly
You can use cfl's mate :) just get some more, im currently growing using them but mine are still young guns :)

it will continue to grow as long as you keep the lights on 18(on)/6(of) or 24 hours on
Then when you want her to start budding change the lights to 12 on 12 of, get a timer it makes it all easier lol

get a few 42watt ones for the sides as shes getting bigger and you want the leaves lower down to get some light aswell :D

Ill find you a link for a thread about people flowering with cfl's lol 1 sec

EDIT: there ya go https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/28836-who-flowering-cfls.html

thanks guys for all the help.
my boxs for my cfls says that its 500watts and then it says that its 65watts so im not understanding that and itsa 6825lumens light.
im going to read the cfl thread and see what i can inprove on.

its not 500watts and 6825 lumens for 1 cfl seems a lil far fetched also unless it really is 500w but i could be wrong...im using cfls 2-42w,1-26w and 1-15w and also a 20w sunshine floro tube and i NEED more light and my plants are like 4"....i agree with butter...if you want GOOD bud and not fluffy reggo bud then get A LOT more light for flower...i dont think it matters much 4 veg
